Here is a sweet and short little preview of baby Michael. It was not easy to get him to sleep but once he was asleep he was making the sweetest little faces. I love my newborn sessions!!!

Mae was the sleepiest baby I have ever photographed. No matter where we were, outside or in the studio she just wanted to sleep and that allowed me to capture some really sweet and lasting memories for her parents. Summer got the best of me so the blog is getting a little neglected. Here is a quick preview of the first set of newborn twins I have photographed. They were so sweet and sleepy but not both at the same time . When one one sleeping the other one was hungry, when the other one was ready to sleep the other one was ready to have his diaper changed. Welcome to the sweet world of twins, where patience is a must.

I guess the summer got the best of me and as much as I try to keep the blog updated I fall short of it most of the times. I photographed little Leighton last weekend when she came for a little trip to see her grandparents that live her in Dallas. Miss Leighton lives all the way Austin, Tx and she was just 10 days old when we took these pictures. We tried our luck to see if we could get any pictures outside but even though the summer heat might seem unbearable for us, it is still not quite warm enough to keep a little baby asleep. The littlest wind drift would wake Leighton up but we did not give up and after a good amount of work I was able to get just the right picture. I love the picture in the field she seems so tiny and tired and all curled up in the little basket. Thank you so much mom and dad for your patience. I love to photograph newborns. They are so fresh and cuddly and soft and of course sleepy. This little girl was only 7 days old and she was the one of the best sleepers ever. I barely heard her cry throughout the entire session. And of course look at her cute little hair do! I had to take a picture just of that. And to answer the many questions I get if these pictures are real?? 100% !!! How do I get the baby to sleep? Just a really warm room, a full tummy and a little baby whisperer magic . Meet beautiful Valentina… She is 2 two weeks old but still quite sleepy and cuddly…

What a sweet bundle of joy little Harper was!!! At just 10 days old she was so strong and pretty determined that no matter how much we would try to have her fall asleep she would rather enjoy the fun and colorful things around her… Thank you so much Jennie for giving us the opportunity to create these amazing memories of Harper that you will be able to treasure for years to come.. What a beautiful name and such a beautiful story to go with his name.. Little Beau is a just 12 days old and a bit over 5lbs but quite a load of cuteness for such a little young age.. I love his name so much and love how the parents picked BEAU out of BEAUfiful from the verse above.. Thank you guys for giving me such a great opportunity to document this important milestone in your family’s life… Hope you enjoy the little sneak peek…

Meet little Carson.. Just 4 months old and such a cute, cute little baby he is.. He sure knows how to smile but he loves to be a serious little baby too.. The studio with all the props and shiny floors were much more interesting than my camera so he loved exploring that. He is the first baby I had in a long time that had such an amazing disposition that I did not even hear him cry… Thank you, thank you Amy for coming my way with your beautiful little man… looking forward to photographing him throughout the years to come.. Little Cole is the strongest 3 month old baby.. He is able to push himself up so high at just 3 months.. And of course look at those amazing eyes… He has the biggest blue eyes ever.. It was such a pleasure to do his pictures today but all that pushing up worn him up by the end and he was done by the time we tried a few pictures out in the field… Well he has done a LOT for his tiny little age… Stacy and Chad enjoy the little sneak peek of your little man..
