Dallas Children Photographer | My Love

I have been MIA for almost a month now. I was trying to log in to the blog and totally forgot the id and password.. That’s not good:). Well, it’s been quite an eventful month of January. Isadora had her tonsils removed on January 7 so she was out of school for 10 days. The surgery went very well and hopefully she will not get strep again. She got strep 6 times in 2 months last year. After she returned to school I guess her immune system was not strong enough and she started having high fevers just two days after going back to school. So of course she tested positive for the flu. A yucky flu… She had very high fever like l04.5, for about 6 days and then the fever came down but she still had fever. She was able to go back to school last Friday so she missed another whole week of school. While taking care of her I managed of course to get the flu myself and then get strep.. Strep??? I was just with her where did I catch it? I was miserable myself then for almost a week while taking care of her and today is my first day where I am kind of feeling better. So needless to say that I am behind. But I will catch up.

Here are some pictures I took of my beautiful little girl today. The weather here in Dallas is getting quite cold but nothing beats the light when I open my front door. In my attempt to be a perfectionist I noticed that last year I barely took any pictures of Isadora because she either did not have her hair done, or she did not have the right outfit on or so many other excuses.. This year I am trying to get rid a little bit of the perfectionist in me and just photograph her no matter what. Her being her.. And here are some pictures her being her… She is into the very serious and cool look and she loves her puppy, Tessa.

So watch out for more personal blogs this year…

Oh, yes you need to put your beautiful girl more often on your blog. Poor little thing suffering so much! Hopefully she will get much better. I adore your work like always.
